Jay Knolls became the senior pastor of Trinity Baptist Church in 2006. He is a graduate of Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Jay loves discipling young believers and teaching the Word of God, especially in a classroom or small group setting. He and his wife Michelle have three children, Jonathan, Jaelyn, and Jordan. Jay loves golf, softball, books, and cheering for the Florida Gators football team.
Dan Kreider is the Minister of Music at TBC. He joined the ministry in 2007 after completing a M.Mus in Church Music from Bob Jones University. Dan plans and leads the worship in the church, conducts the school choirs, and teaches additional classes at the secondary level. He and his wife Rachel have a 1-year-old son, Jonathan. When he’s not making music, Dan loves working out, playing soccer and ping-pong (intensely!), hiking, and reading.
Phil Ronco is the church administrator at Trinity Baptist Church. He joined the staff in October 2000 after having worked in the private sector in finance for 18 years. Phil handles church and school finances, leads elementary chapel music, and teaches several secondary classes. He and his wife Beverly have a daughter Christine who is a employed as a registed nurse at a hospital in eastern Pennsylvania and a son Timothy who just completed his freshman year of college. In his spare time, he enjoys playing piano/guitar/trumpet, skiing, and reading. Dr. Charles Welner and his wife Barbara work with the Seniors Ministry at Trinity Baptist Church and Dr. Welner teaches math and Bible at Trinity Baptist School. Dr. Welner just completed 51 years of teaching, having taught and coached in both public and private Christian schools and colleges. Dr. and Mrs. Welner first came to Trinity in 1995 where Dr. Welner served as the School Administrator and Mrs. Welner worked with the Deaf Ministry. They "retired" to Maine in 2001 and then returned at the request of Pastor David Strertzbach in 2005 where Dr. Welner served two more years at School Adminstrator. The Welners have 3 children, 10 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Randy Krystowiak is the administrator of Trinity Baptist Schools. He is married and has four children and two grandchildren. Randy has two degree from BJU with a BS in Health and Physical Education and a MS in Educational leadership. He finished his 26th year in Christian education in 2009. Randy also teaches a JH science class and HS Bible class at TBS. He enjoys walking and playing Wii with his wife Cathy.
Cathy Krystowiak is the Preschool Director and Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Little Lambs Preschool. She has a B.S. in Elementary Ed from Bob Jones University. Cathy joined the faculty in August of 2007 after moving from Wisconsin. Cathy has taught all grades K-6th except for 3rd Grade. Most of her 16 years of teaching has been in the Kindergarten and 1st Grade level. Cathy and her husband Randy have 4 children. She also has a granddaughter, Ashley (3), and a grandson, J.T. (1). Cathy enjoys gardening, reading, sewing, and walking. |
