A Welcome from the Pastor PDF Print E-mail

Hello,

…and thanks for checking out our website. It would be even better to have you here in person in one of our services! That way you could sense the warmth and heartfelt welcome of our members. We really would welcome you “with hearts as well as voices.”

Do you have young children? We’ll care for them lovingly and safely during the services, so you can worship and learn. For children ages 2 through 6th grades there’s the AWANA program on Wednesday nights from 7 to 8:15 p.m. And there are classes and special activities for your teens.

Do you appreciate good sacred music? The Lord has provided Trinity with a number of trained and dedicated musicians whose ministry in music aims to lift up the Lord and build up people spiritually. We have a small orchestra with strings, woodwind and brass instruments. Each year we feature a weekend “choir college”, concert and special cantatas.

Do you have a desire to know the Bible better? With Bible Classes for all ages in our Sunday classes at 9:00 a.m. you can study God’s word with other interested learners. In both our 10:00 a.m. morning service, and 6:00 p.m. evening service we approach the Bible with three questions. 1. Proclamation -- what does this verse or passage say? 2. Interpretation -- what does this verse or passage mean? 3. Application -- how do I put this verse or passage into practice in my daily life? In our mid-week service on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m., while AWANA is in session, we study God’s word and pray for many special requests.

We offer helpful activities for families, for men, for women, for teens, for children. There’s help for married couples and singles as well. Senior adults will benefit from monthly meetings and day trips in and around Vermont. Every service features interpretation for the deaf by members thoroughly trained in sign language. We also have an ongoing class in ESL (English as a Second Language). God is doing His work among us; come and be a part of what He is doing.
